High polymeric starch, a carbohydrate, is composed of two or more polysaccharides and amylopectin . Private amylase can change the internal structure of starch, the starch viscosity decreased, reaching papermaking requirements. It mainly used in the pulp and paper industry (paperboard, cultural paper).
Performance
1. This product is a modified starch, it has the advantages of
simple operation, without changing the pH value, not affecting
the subsequent production, non-corrosive, non-polluting.
2. Improve the physical indicators stably. While native starch plus dedicated amylase produced denatured starch slurry having a multivariate function, strong bond, increasing the binding force between the fibers, it improves the physical strength of pulp, improves paper folding , breaking length at the same time increases sizing effect, increases the smoothness of the sheet and surface strength, reduces paper linting phenomenon, improves the printing properties of the paper.
3. Simple, easy to use, it can replace other viscosity reducer.
Instructions
1. Joined time : after raw starch dissolved in brewed pot, put the special-amylase weighed into brewed pot (before heating pasting)
2. Pasting time: After from warming to pasting (95 ℃) 25-30 minutes, incubate for 20 minutes, cool it to 60-70 ℃ ,it can be used (according to manufacturer requirements).
3. Converting enzyme dosage: tons of starch add to the amount of 280g-350g.
4.The added amount should be based on the specific requirements of manufacturers of small viscosity laboratory test .
Storage conditions
This product is 25kg kraft paper bags. This product will be placed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, stored for twelve months at room temperature .
